Pricing & Refund Policy
1. Pricing Model
1.1 Appointment Fees
Businesses are charged for each appointment created via the WhatsApp bot or manually via the dashboard using a graduated pricing model:

1.2 Additional Fees
- Appointment Confirmation Requests: Businesses may choose to send automated confirmation requests to customers before their appointment. This service incurs an additional charge per request, which will be specified in the dashboard.
2. Payment Terms
- Monthly Billing: Businesses are charged at the end of each month based on their total usage.
- Prepaid Balance: Businesses can top up their account in advance and use the balance for future bookings.
- Payment Methods: Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other supported payment gateways.
- Promotional Balance: Any bonus or promotional balance provided by BookViaApp is non-refundable and must be used before expiration.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Prepaid Balance Refunds
- Prepaid balances can be refunded within 30 days of the top-up request.
- No fees are deducted for refunds.
3.2 Paid Usage
- Once a booking is processed, paid fees are non-refundable, even if the customer cancels or does not show up.
- BookViaApp does not guarantee refunds for technical issues, but refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.
4. Changes to Pricing & Refund Policy
BookViaApp reserves the right to update this policy. Businesses will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.
